Sea to Sky School District Observes National Day for Truth and Reconciliation In the lead-up to National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30, schools throughout the Sea to Sky School District will be holding ceremonies at each school site. These ceremonies are dedicated to honouring survivors, remembering those who never returned, and reflecting on the ongoing legacy of Residential Schools. We encourage all members of our school communities to take time for reflection and learning during this important period of reconciliation. Take action and be part of the journey. Invitation to Participate: Community Led Project for Child and Youth Services Sea to Sky Community Services is launching an important initiative focused on gathering insights from families, youth, and service providers in the Sea to Sky region. The goal is to better understand the barriers to accessing services for children and youth with either diagnosed or undiagnosed disabilities and/or diverse abilities who need support to participate meaningfully in family and community life.
